This Guide covers how to install the Priority Cards app with our Demo boards.

If you do not have a Pro or Enterprise monday.com account, please use this guide instead which uses Numbers columns for scoring.

The Numbers column method shown there will work on any monday.com plan.

First, install the App

Please note that you must be an account admin in your monday.com account in order to install new Apps.

1) Navigate to the Marketplace from your Profile icon.


2) Use the Search box in the middle of the page to find Priority Cards


3) Click on the app listing to visit the Priority Cards detail page. Click on the Install App button


4) On the next screen, click on Install


5) You will see the App listed in your account under Admin > Apps as shown here.


Next, install the Priority Cards Demo Templates

These example board templates will help you get going fast with Priority Cards.

Includes examples for ranking job applicants and prioritizing website improvement ideas using a Formula column for scoring.


6) Click on  the Plus Sign next to the Workspace you want to install the demo templates in, then click on New from template > See more templates.

7) Search for Priority Cards in the Search box to easily find them.


8) Hover over the Priority Cards image in the search results. You can immediately click on "Use" to begin installing, or click on "Preview" to see thumbnails of the demo templates, as shown below.

On the preview screen, click on the blue Use Template button.

Installation may take a few moments. You will see an install animation while the templates copy, so please be patient.


9) After the demo templates successfully install, you will be taken to the "Job Applicant Rating - Basic" view with Priority Cards showing.

You will see a group of boards in their own folder.

Priority Cards is pre-configured so you can immediately see how the cards work on a board with sample data.
